We also believe in the effectiveness of learning while you’re doing your job and we make extensive use of mentoring – including linking people up with international mentors from other parts of the company. In fact, we get as much value as we can from the size and scope of the business. We bring colleagues together - both virtually and face-to-face - to discuss ideas on all kinds of subjects including marketing, digital technology, trends in education and more.

 

Our ability to draw on expertise and knowledge from around the world is one of the things that makes working for PESA such a valuable experience.
